My husband and I purchased our first vehicle from Wilder this year. We traded in our Subaru Outback for a 2023 Toyota Tacoma. The dealership and our salesman Phil Beck treated us like family and made the whole experince pleasant and stress free, it was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. And a special thanks and shout out to Phil Beck who is so nice, patient and always helped with every question before and after the sale and is the best salesman we have both ever worked with.
It is extremely rare for me to give a dealership a positive review, let alone 5 stars, but our experience with Chris and his team makes it easy to do so. We came out of a very bad experience with our old vehicle and were pleasantly surprised by the care and attention Chris gave our situation, helping us find a good fit in a newer vehicle and then ensuring that we would receive a full inspection and even a new set of tires as part of Wilder's normal procedure when selling a vehicle. I have never seen such complete care and compassion from any dealership. If you're within 300 miles of this dealership, go to Wilder. You won't be disappointed!

I live in Port Orchard- so when some problem lights came on I called my local dealership. They said they couldn’t get me in for a month and a half. A friend who lives in PA said I should try Wilder - he always had good luck with them. I called and just so happened that there was a cancellation later that day. 2 hours is a long drive to have a car looked at but I was desperate- graduate road trip planned. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Tess and other staff. I waited in the lobby which was immaculate and offered hot coffee comfortable chairs and the baseball game on TV. After a pretty short wait Tess came and told me what they had found. She also told me that they had the part (even though my Chrysler is a 2013) and they could fix it immediately and also she had called my warranty company and it was covered! And on top of it all they washed and vacuumed my car. Five star service by far - thank you guys for taking such good care of me. Will definitely be a returning customer.
Although I didn't actually make a purchase here, I think it's worth mentioning that Lynn, Travis, Guy, and Dan Jr were all super helpful! We couldn't make a deal mostly due to my personal preference, but the numbers were more than fair considering they sell at MSRP and most other dealers are charging markups for air. I would highly recommend the Wilder Auto Group and will consider doing business with them in the future!

Buying a new vehicle when your current is on the verge of breaking down is stressful to say the least, but Joe and Lauren went above and beyond to take care of us. I didn't purchase my car here but thank you for taking care of me service department! I had a warning light on and also a recall that needed to be taken care of. I stopped in on Friday afternoon, on my way to a friends house in Puyallup, and was able to schedule an appointment for Monday on my way home to Forks. Everything was covered under warranty. I also received a complimentary car wash. You're the best! Thank you for your kindness and superior customer service!

I recently purchased a new Toyota 4-Runner TRD PRO from Wilder Toyota in Port Angeles, Washington. This dealership receives my very highest recommendation! I contacted Wilder Toyota, after shopping all over the Pacific Northwest for a good dealership to work with. I think I contacted no less than 8 dealerships before coming across Wilder. My salesman, Grant Williams, is truly a man of integrity. I worked with Grant for the whole purchase process. He was a pleasure to work with, and most importantly, kept his word on the arrangement we had made when I ordered the vehicle. Due to the high demand for this particular model, it took 9 months for the vehicle to arrive. No doubt the dealership could have sold this vehicle the very day it arrived on the lot, but Grant and the Wilder team adhered to the promise made 9 months earlier. This has earned my full trust and confidence, which is NOT easy to do.

I have purchased my last 3 vehicles here. They are so wonderful and friendly. They don't ever push you into getting anything you aren't 100% comfortable with and they will do whatever they can to get you what you want. Their service department is the same way. I love this place and would recommend it to any of my friends and family.
I just completed the process of buying a brand new built RAV4 Hybrid at Wilder Toyota this week. The process was incredibly simple while using Lauren Decker as my salesperson. She was incredibly helpful and made the process very easy for me, working through the whole process electronically until the vehicle arrived, as I live out of town. I'm very satisfied with my purchase, and would certainly go through Lauren at Wilder again if I were to buy another Toyota.
Huge shout out to Wilder Toyota in Port Angeles. I was asking about a Prius Prime (plug in hybrid). They said the hardly ever in stock. They called me back and told me about a rebate happening in Oregon so that I would be better off buying in Oregon as I might be able to save 3k or more. A dealer that tells you to go somewhere else! Amazing integrity.

This has been THE Best car buying experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership! I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner. Excellent customer service with the sales manager, Bill Schlichting, the salesman, Russ Connary and the finance guy, Kelly. They treated me like family and gave me one heck of a deal on my new 2018 Toyota C-HR XLE Premium. Plus all the benefits of owning a Toyota - 2 years free oil changes then discounts after that, tire rotation etc. This was the easiest and most stress free process I’ve engaged in to-date. Bought my 2016 Nissan Maxima with Tony, a very wonderful vehicle and salesman! They aren’t sneaky, or shady. Very upfront and honest. And today we bought my wonderful girlfriend a 2016 Volkswagen Passat, we worked with Devon this time and he’s also a great guy and salesman!
