I have purchased my last 3 vehicles here. They are so wonderful and friendly. They don't ever push you into getting anything you aren't 100% comfortable with and they will do whatever they can to get you what you want. Their service department is the same way. I love this place and would recommend it to any of my friends and family.
Huge shout out to Wilder Toyota in Port Angeles. I was asking about a Prius Prime (plug in hybrid). They said the hardly ever in stock.
They called me back and told me about a rebate happening in Oregon so that I would be better off buying in Oregon as I might be able to save 3k or more. A dealer that tells you to go somewhere else! Amazing integrity.

This has been THE Best car buying experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership! I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner. Excellent customer service with the sales manager, Bill Schlichting, the salesman, Russ Connary and the finance guy, Kelly. They treated me like family and gave me one heck of a deal on my new 2018 Toyota C-HR XLE Premium. Plus all the benefits of owning a Toyota - 2 years free oil changes then discounts after that, tire rotation etc. This was the easiest and most stress free process I’ve engaged in to-date. Bought my 2016 Nissan Maxima with Tony, a very wonderful vehicle and salesman! They aren’t sneaky, or shady. Very upfront and honest. And today we bought my wonderful girlfriend a 2016 Volkswagen Passat, we worked with Devon this time and he’s also a great guy and salesman! This is the absolute BEST Toyota dealership I've ever been to for service / maintenance.
I live in Seattle, and usually have to roll the dice on which Toyota to go to. Magic in Edmonds? Burien Toyota? If I have time for a day trip, I'll drive all the way up to Mt Vernon to avoid the places down here. Long wait times, even with an appointment, poor service, and service writers trying to sell sell sell.
Last year, Burien Toyota didn't secure "something" down there after an oil change on my Prius. I was driving along, on my way to the coast, and started hearing rustling... then dragging under the passenger side of my car. I stopped in at Wilder so they could see what was happening, and even though it was after 5, they got me right in, got the panel fixed, and had me on my way in under 10 mins free of charge.
As a comparison, this happened before (but I didn't know what it was). I went to Magic Toyota and they left it loose. I heard rustling wind, but no dragging, and went to Burien Toyota for them to check it out. I sat for 3 hours, only to have them come back each hour and try to sell me new filters, then new tires, and slip in that I may want to look at a newer model. My Prius is a 2010!
I was planning a trip out to Forks, and needed the regular service a few weeks ago. I called Wilder, made an appointment for THREE days later (not 2 weeks later), drove in, had my keys taken and my car pulled in immediately, and was out the door with a clean car within the hour. Did anyone try to sell me anything? No. They went down the list, told me everything looks great, and thanked me for stopping by. I even got free donuts out of the deal.
Two days later, I got a call from Wilder. The woman on the phone asked me how my service went, if I was pleased with the service and with how I was treated. I was elated.
This is now my home Toyota. I will gladly drive all the way from Seattle to get my service done in Port Angeles because if the fantastic service, and speed, at Wilder.... More
