I felt the service needed was well explained before and after the service. I wanted to say that each person took their time with us and explained the process.
I also work in guest services and if guests ask where they can get their Honda and Toyota etc service, I tell them about your service department and why I feel that Wilder service is top notch with honesty, fairness and experience of having seen autos of the brands your service so the techs are familiar and experienced with working on these types of vehicles. Additionally some guests in the past purchased vehicles from Wilder Toyota as they were moving to the area and needed more practical autos for this area.
I recently took my SUV into Wilder for service and had an absolutely great experience. The service adviser, Chalenna, was so professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. My vehicle was ready when promised. I was given a loaner - a nice, red Prius that was so much fun to drive. I had left my credit card at home and Chaleena trusted me to leave without paying so I could go home and call in the credit card info, which I did. The service ended up costing less than the estimate. I can't say enough positive things about Wilder. We have been taking our SUV there since we moved to Sequim and we have always been treated like valued customers. A happy customer.

Tom, I want to take a moment to commend you for the professional courtesies that you extended to Jeanne and I us during our recent sales process. Buying a car has never been one of my favorite things to do in life, but in this case - at least so far - it has gone very well. Mainly due to your thoughtfulness and follow through with offers to make sure that we are totally comfortable with both the purchase and any off the lot situations.
Your professionalism should be the template used to teach others in the automobile sales profession.

I FOUND HIM...THE BEST CAR SALESMAN IN THE WORLD!!! Having just moved to Sequim, I was expecting to have the same shoddy buying experience when purchasing a new vehicle but was thrilled that Grant Williams and Wilder Auto made the effort actually better than painless -- it was unbelievably enjoyable. Grant worked with us for about a week and finally found the exact vehicle that would suit our needs. He then spent over an hour making sure that we both knew how to operate all of the features. Also, their after sale support and service is something that I have not encountered in my 70+ years. Trust me, I have experienced a life of totally different car dealers/salesmen and would not even consider purchasing another vehicle from anyone but Grant. Jack Moore

I simply want to express my appreciation to all those in your organization who helped me with the purchase of a fine Toyota pickup truck. My recent purchase of a used vehicle from WILDER TOYOTA couldn’t have been more satisfying. My objective was to purchase a low mileage, good conditioned, reasonably priced small pickup. Upon my initial visit you did not have ‘my vehicle’ in inventory. Fortunately SHERI OKAMURO was my sales representative; she gave me every assurance that in reasonable time we could accomplish this. From this initial contact through delivery your ‘team’ has been totally considerate and helpful, a pleasure to work with. But it was Sheri who brought it all together with her optimism and reassurance, her skill to listen, and her timing and ability to move the process forward.

Once I discovered WIlder Toyota for service for my '86 4Runner, I never looked for an other service center for my car. Their service is above excellent. They treat ALL customers with the utmost respect and are most attentive to all their needs.
And a VERY SPECIAL thanks goes to STEVE MITCHELL, Assist. Manager: helpful, a real "listener" to the problems with your car, explains service in layman's terms, courteous and gracious. Out of all the mechanics I've had for my car over the years, I will put Wilder Toyota & Steve Mitchell at the top of the list for professional excellent qualitative service. Out of 10 stars ~~ They get 20 *'s.

We are delighted with our new Tacoma and the entire purchase process.
