Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Tess and other staff. I waited in the lobby which was immaculate and offered hot coffee comfortable chairs and the baseball game on TV. After a pretty short wait Tess came and told me what they had found. She also told me that they had the part (even though my Chrysler is a 2013) and they could fix it immediately and also she had called my warranty company and it was covered!
